Breakfast


 

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper. This popular saying is something we’ve both been told since we were children. Now, more than ever, we realise this makes so much sense and we definitely live by it! We always start our day with a nurturing, filling meal and that sets us off for a productive day. After a long night of sleep (or a long night of feeding your baby hourly and rocking him to sleep), it is essential to replenish your body with the right foods. We’re big fans of oatmeal, sourdough bread with avocado or peanut butter and banana, and pancakes. And we often go for big jugs of smoothies as well.
